Nickel Alloy Plate and Sheet

Nickel alloy plate and sheet across 16 grades - stock and cut-to-size, worldwide export.

Our nickel alloy plate and sheet range brings together 16 nickel-based grades - Inconel 600 / 601 / 625 / 718 / X-750, Hastelloy C-22 / C-276 / B-2 / B-3, Monel 400 / K-500, Incoloy 800 / 825, Nickel 200 / 201, Alloy 20 and Alloy 59 - supplied as sheet and plate for corrosive, high-temperature and strength-critical fabrication.

These alloys keep useful strength from cryogenic temperatures up to around 700 C, resist oxidation and scaling in air, and stand up to a wide range of acids, salts and combustion gases. Precipitation-hardened grades such as 625, 718 and X-750 add higher strength; solid-solution grades lead on thermal stability and broad corrosion resistance.

We supply nickel alloy sheet from 0.5 mm up to 6 mm and plate from 6 mm up to 100 mm, in the annealed or aged condition, with shearing, plasma and waterjet cutting available. Stock sizes and cut-to-size panels are supplied, every lot shipped with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate and third-party inspection on request.

Applications

Nickel alloy plate and sheet are formed and welded into vessels and components that must resist attack in aggressive service:

Chemical & petrochemical

reactor shells, scrubbers and acid tanks (625, C-276, Alloy 20).

Heat treatment & furnaces

retorts, trays and muffles (600, 601).

Marine & offshore

seawater-exposed panels and structures (625, Monel 400).

Aerospace & gas turbines

ducting and liners (625, 718, X-750).

Pulp & paper / pollution control

flue-gas and incineration components (601, 625).

Pharmaceutical & food

high-purity process vessels (625, Alloy 20).

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What thickness range can you supply for nickel alloy plate and sheet?

Sheet from 0.5 mm up to 6 mm and plate from 6 mm up to 100 mm; both stock sizes and cut-to-size panels are available.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Stock sizes from one sheet or plate; project quantities are priced per order. Tell us the grade, size and quantity for a quote.

Do you provide MTC / EN 10204 3.1?

Yes - every lot ships with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate, and third-party inspection can be arranged.

What is the typical lead time?

Stock items ship within days; made-to-order material is typically a few weeks depending on size, condition and certification.

Can you supply cut-to-size or non-standard conditions?

Yes - shearing, plasma and waterjet cutting are available, along with custom tempers and surface finishes on request.

How does 625 differ from C-276 for this form?

625 is a strong all-rounder for oxidation and many acids; C-276 is optimised for the widest range of reducing acids and pitting resistance. Choose by the specific media in your service.
