Our Monel pipe and tubing are produced mill-direct - Monel 400 and K-500 - as seamless and welded pipe and tubing for corrosive, high-temperature and strength-critical service.
Monel is a nickel-copper alloy with excellent resistance to seawater, brackish water and a wide range of acids and alkalis, plus good strength and toughness from sub-zero to moderate temperatures. K-500 adds aluminium and titanium for age-hardened strength while keeping the seawater resistance.
We produce Monel pipe and tubing from about 6 mm up to 610 mm outside diameter, wall thickness 0.5-40 mm, in the annealed, with plain or bevelled ends; seamless and welded both supplied, with plain or bevelled ends and tolerances to specification. Seamless and welded both available from mill stock or made to order, each lot with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate and inspection on request.
