Forged nickel alloy flanges, fittings and custom-formed components supplied to order.
We supply forged and formed nickel alloy components on request through our network of partner forges - flanges, forged fittings, rings, discs and custom-shaped blocks in Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, Incoloy, Alloy 20 and Alloy 59 as well as Nickel 200 / 201. They are specified where corrosion resistance must be matched with strength and sound, defect-free grain.
Nickel alloys keep useful strength from cryogenic temperatures up to around 700 C and resist oxidation, scaling and a wide range of acids and salts, so forged parts perform in pressure, marine and high-temperature service that defeats standard grades. Precipitation-hardened grades add strength; solid-solution grades lead on corrosion resistance and formability.
Forgings are supplied to ASTM B564 and related standards, in sizes from small blocks to large rings and flanges, rough- or finish-machined, with full traceability and mill test certificate. Tell us the form, grade, size and quantity and we will source and ship.
