Nickel alloy coil and strip supplied to order across 16 grades - thin-gauge strip for lining and forming.
We supply nickel alloy coils and strip on request through our network of partner mills, covering Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, Incoloy, Alloy 20 and Alloy 59 as well as Nickel 200 / 201. Thin-gauge strip and coiled sheet are used where corrosion resistance must be combined with formability - tank linings, bellows, heat-exchanger wrap and precision stamping.
Nickel alloys keep useful strength from cryogenic temperatures up to around 700 C and resist oxidation, scaling and a wide range of acids and salts, so strip performs in aggressive service that ordinary stainless cannot. Precipitation-hardened grades add strength; solid-solution grades lead on formability and broad corrosion resistance.
Coil and strip are supplied from 0.1 mm up to 3 mm thickness, in widths up to 1000 mm, annealed or bright-annealed, with slitting and edge dressing available. Tell us your grade, gauge, width and quantity and we will source it from the appropriate mill and ship with mill test certificate.
