Incoloy Pipe and Tubing
Incoloy pipe & tube - mill-direct, ASTM B423, cut-to-length, global export.
Our Incoloy pipe and tubing are produced mill-direct - Incoloy 800, 800H, 800HT and 825 - as seamless and welded pipe and tubing for corrosive, high-temperature and strength-critical service.
Incoloy offers high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance with good creep behaviour - the H and HT versions are stabilised for long service above 600 C - plus resistance to carburisation, sulphidation and many aqueous corrodents. 825 adds molybdenum and copper for strong resistance to sulphuric and phosphoric acids and seawater.
We produce Incoloy pipe and tubing from about 6 mm up to 610 mm outside diameter, wall thickness 0.5-40 mm, in the annealed, with plain or bevelled ends; seamless and welded both supplied, with plain or bevelled ends and tolerances to specification. Seamless and welded both available from mill stock or made to order, each lot with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate and inspection on request.

Applications
Incoloy pipe and tubing move fluids and gases where corrosion, pressure or temperature defeat ordinary alloys:
Heat exchangers & furnaces
heater tubes, pigtails and radiant tubing (800H/HT).
Chemical & petrochemical
reactor internals, transfer lines and acid plant (825).
Power & thermal processing
superheater and recuperator tubing (800H/HT).
Marine & offshore
seawater-cooled systems and scrubber liners (825).
Industrial heating
retorts, baskets and conveyor components (800).
Frequently Asked Questions
What outside diameter range can you supply for Incoloy pipe and tubing?
Pipe and tubing from from about 6 mm up to 610 mm outside diameter, wall thickness 0.5-40 mm; both stock and custom sizes are available, cut to length.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Stock sizes from one piece; mill lengths or heavy plate are priced per project. Tell us the grade, size and quantity for a quote.
Do you provide MTC / EN 10204 3.1?
Yes - every lot ships with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate, and third-party inspection can be arranged.
What is the typical lead time?
Stock items ship within days; made-to-order material is typically a few weeks depending on size, condition and certification.
Can you supply non-standard sizes or conditions?
Yes - custom sizes, non-standard walls or special tempers are available on request; we also offer cutting and surface preparation.
When should I choose 825 over 800H/HT?
800H/HT are stabilised for high-temperature strength and oxidation; 825 adds molybdenum and copper for resistance to sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid and seawater. Pick 825 when aqueous corrosion leads, 800H/HT when heat leads.
