Our Hastelloy pipe and tubing are produced mill-direct - Hastelloy C-276, C-22, B-2 and B-3 - as seamless and welded pipe and tubing for corrosive, high-temperature and strength-critical service.
Hastelloy is built for the harshest chemical environments. The C-series (C-276, C-22) resist oxidising and reducing acids, chlorides and pitting or crevice corrosion; the B-series (B-2, B-3) are nickel-molybdenum alloys specialised for pure reducing acids such as hydrochloric and sulphuric. All keep useful strength across a broad temperature range.
We produce Hastelloy pipe and tubing from about 6 mm up to 610 mm outside diameter, wall thickness 0.5-40 mm, in the annealed, with plain or bevelled ends; seamless and welded both supplied, with plain or bevelled ends and tolerances to specification. Seamless and welded both available from mill stock or made to order, each lot with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate and inspection on request.
