Nickel Alloy Pipe and Tube
Mill-direct nickel alloy pipe & tube - seamless and welded, 6-610 mm OD, global export.
We manufacture nickel alloy pipe and tubing mill-direct across 16 grades - Inconel 600 / 601 / 625 / 718 / X-750, Hastelloy C-22 / C-276 / B-2 / B-3, Monel 400 / K-500, Incoloy 800 / 825, Nickel 200 / 201, Alloy 20 and Alloy 59 - as seamless and welded pipe and tubing for corrosive, high-temperature and strength-critical service.
Nickel alloys keep useful strength from cryogenic temperatures up to around 700 C, resist oxidation and scaling in air, and stand up to a wide range of acids, salts and combustion gases. 625 and X-750 add precipitation-hardening for higher strength; 600 and 601 lead on thermal stability and oxidation resistance.
We produce nickel alloy pipe and tubing from about 6 mm up to 610 mm outside diameter, wall thickness 0.5-40 mm, annealed, with plain or bevelled ends; seamless and welded both supplied from mill stock or made to order, each lot with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate and inspection on request.

Specifications & Standards
| Type | Common ASTM | Typical size |
|---|---|---|
| Seamless pipe / tube | B167 / B444 / B622 | 6-610 mm OD, 0.5-40 mm wall |
| Welded pipe / tube | B517 / B704 / B619 | 6-610 mm OD, 0.5-40 mm wall |
| Heavy-wall / custom | B423 / B444 | made to order |
All 16 grades above are available as pipe and tubing; standards shown are the most common procurement specifications. Equivalents such as AMS, EN or GB may be supplied on request - confirm the exact grade, standard and condition before ordering.
Applications
Nickel alloy pipe and tubing move fluids and gases where corrosion, pressure or temperature defeat ordinary alloys:
Aerospace & gas turbines
combustor liners, ducting and heat shields (625, 718, X-750).
Heat treatment & furnaces
muffles, trays and radiant tubes (600, 601).
Chemical & petrochemical
reactor walls, scrubbers and acid-handling liners (625, 600).
Nuclear & thermal processing
baffles and support plates needing stability (600, 718).
Pulp & paper / pollution control
flue-gas and waste-incineration components (601, 625).
Frequently Asked Questions
What outside diameter range can you supply for nickel alloy pipe and tubing?
Pipe and tubing from about 6 mm up to 610 mm outside diameter, wall thickness 0.5-40 mm; both stock and custom sizes are available, cut to length.
Do you manufacture both seamless and welded?
Yes - as a manufacturer we supply seamless and welded pipe and tubing from mill stock or made to order, with plain or bevelled ends and tolerances to specification.
Do you provide MTC / EN 10204 3.1?
Yes - every lot ships with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate, and third-party inspection can be arranged.
What is the typical lead time?
Stock items ship within days; made-to-order material is typically a few weeks depending on size, condition and certification.
Can you supply non-standard sizes or conditions?
Yes - custom sizes, non-standard walls or special tempers are available on request; we also offer cutting and surface preparation.
How does 625 differ from 718 for this form?
625 is solid-solution strengthened and favoured for corrosion resistance; 718 is precipitation-hardened for higher strength at moderate temperature. Choose by whether corrosion or strength dominates your service.
