We supply nickel alloy fasteners on request through our network of partner mills and fastener specialists - hex bolts, nuts, studs, washers and custom fixings in Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, Incoloy, Alloy 20 and Alloy 59 as well as Nickel 200 / 201. They are specified where ordinary stainless fasteners fail from chloride, acid or high-temperature attack.
Nickel alloys keep useful strength from cryogenic temperatures up to around 700 C and resist oxidation, scaling and a wide range of acids and salts, so fasteners perform in marine, offshore, chemical and flue-gas service that defeats standard grades. Precipitation-hardened grades add strength; solid-solution grades lead on corrosion resistance.
Fasteners are supplied to ASTM F467 / F468 and related material standards, in metric and imperial sizes, plain or with protective treatment, with full traceability and mill test certificate. Tell us the type, grade, size and quantity and we will source and ship.
