Our Monel plate and sheet collection brings together Monel 400 and K-500 - supplied as hot-rolled and cold-rolled plate and sheet for corrosive, high-temperature and strength-critical service across chemical, energy, marine and process industries.
Monel is a nickel-copper alloy with excellent resistance to seawater, brackish water and a wide range of acids and alkalis, plus good strength and toughness from sub-zero to moderate temperatures. K-500 adds aluminium and titanium for age-hardened strength while keeping the seawater resistance.
We supply Monel plate and sheet from about 0.5 mm sheet up to 50 mm plate, in stock and custom-rolled widths, in the hot-rolled or cold-rolled, solution-annealed (or age-hardened for precipitation-hardened grades), with ends, surface and tolerances prepared to order. Stock items, cut-to-length and made-to-order dimensions are available, every lot shipped with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate and third-party inspection on request.
